Irish Stew

Ingredients 

• 1/2 kg mutton, boneless
• 2-3 potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 onion
• 1/2 cup peas 
• 1/2 cup cauliflower
• 2 teaspoon flour 
• oil

Method 

Brown the meat in the oil and boil it till tender.Add all the vegetable.When soft, add 1/2 cup milk mixed with flour and bring it to a boil.Turn off the stove and serve hot.
