When we talk about fitness people consider fitness means health, but let me tell you that this is not the truth. There is difference between being healthy and being fit.The difference between them is that if your all systems of body i.e nervous,muscular,skeletal,skeletal,circulatory,digestive,lymphatic etc are working in a normal way they supposed to be then this means that you are healthy. on the other side being fit means that your body can perform athletic activity.
If you want to enjoy your life well give priority to your health over fitness. If you are sure that you are having a good health then try to get physical fitness as well.
Here I am going to tell you how to get fitness
firstly know the difference between health and fitness. You have read this in above paragraphs.
Secondly if you are not healthy decide to become healthy.I hope you have done this already,too.
Thirdly-start taking exercise aerobically to burn your fat and glycogen.
Purchase a heart-rate monitor
Develop a ten day plan to burn fat through aerobic exercise
Make exercise part of your identity.It is only possible through a long-term commitment to exercise.
If you follow above rules i assure that you will truly reap the rewards that life has to offer you.
