How To Make Delicious Blondies

Ingredients

• 125g unsalted butter
• 200 g white chocolate 
• 100g caster sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 130g white flour
• Salt to taste
• 50g nuts

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and line a square baking tin. Place the butter along with half of the white chocolate in a

bowl. Rest it over a pan of simmering water but do not let the bowl touch the water. Leave until the chocolate and the butter has 

melted, mixing it gently. Remove the bowl and let it cool. Whisk together the eggs, vanilla and sugar. add the chocolate and the 

butter mix and whisk well. Stir in flour and salt and then add the remaining chopped white chocolate along with nuts. Pour the 

mixture into the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Let it cool.Cut into pieces.
