Greek Salad
Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1/3 onion
- 1/2 packet of feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olives
- Olives Oil
- Croutons
Method
Half the tomatoes and cut each half into thin strip. Thinly slice the onion. Cut the cucumber into thin 1/4 chunks and cube the feta cheese. Layer the above prepared ingredients and olives into a bowl plate. place croutons in a side dish. If you want to make your own, chop some bread into small chunks and fry in some oil until crispy. Enjoy.
